Looking back at 2024

Eleven posts later
2024 moved a lot. There was travelling, there were relationships that shifted around, and there was the usual amount of quietly rearranging my own head. On balance a good year.
I’m not going to write much about the personal side of that here. I’d rather keep going, pick up new things and see where they lead. What I can point at is the writing, which is the habit I managed to hold onto through all of it.

Reading the list back, it leans further into React than I intended when I started the year. Not a single homelab post either, which is a bit of a shame. The rack did not stop existing just because I stopped writing about it 🙃
What I’d like to change
Fewer “here is a new feature” posts and more “here is what broke”. The ones I enjoy writing are the ones where something went wrong first.
